Heartland Forward President Angie Cooper was featured on KUAF to explore the efforts to cut U.S. maternal mortality in half in five years. Angie discussed the growth that Arkansas has seen in supporting moms and babies in after 2024’s landmark Healthy Moms, Healthy Babies legislation.
