Anchored by Heartland Forward’s Secret Sauce framework – and by combining Heartland Forward’s entrepreneurship and placemaking research – CIR will advise 30 communities by 2030 to improve their competitiveness and demonstrate pathways for capital deployment that can be replicated across other heartland communities.
The Center for Investment Readiness leads with a place-based strategy, developed with local, customized research, knowledge sharing and engagement and programmatic solutions across Heartland Forward’s impact areas.
