Our Leadership

Will Trolinger serves as Manager of Applied AI Research for Heartland Forward where he supports the execution of applied research initiatives that leverage artificial intelligence, machine learning and advanced analytics to further our mission across the heartland. He will work closely with the Heartland Forward team to help develop data-driven insights that inform policy and practice across regional competitiveness, talent pipeline and health & wellness initiatives.

Will graduated from the College of STEM at the University of Arkansas Fort Smith (UAFS) with a degree in computer science.

He was a member of the UAFS baseball team, playing shortstop and second base. A native of Fayetteville, Arkansas, he grew up in the heartland.
